The World Beyond

Environmental approaches in EFL have gained momentum in recent years. There is a large body of eco-artefacts across a plethora of media which can be used to develop learners' critical environmental literacies by exploring environment-related issues. The contributions to this volume showcase how texts and text assemblages can be employed to help learners interpret the increasingly abnormal vital signs of the planet and take action on climate change.
